Kesha L. Hayes is an accomplished leader in the healthcare field, known for her dedication to professional growth and her expertise in aging. She’s the CEO and Owner of Professional Development and Training Services, LLC, a respected institution focused on developing caregivers and healthcare professionals in the Southeastern region.

Additionally, Kesha founded the Aging Beauties Experience, which includes Caring for Aging Beauties (C.A.B.), a non-profit agency that offers companionship and support to the elderly. She also operates Caring for Aging Beauties Home Care, LLC, providing in-home care for seniors, with a strong emphasis on giving back to those who have cared for us.

Kesha’s commitment to self-care and lifestyle changes is evident through Rena Wellness, named after her grandmother. She is an Amazon Best Selling Author with books, including “Boldly Inspired,” “The Move,” “Keepsake Journal of Wisdom,” and soon to be released, “Under the Oak Tree: Wisdom from Aging Beauties.”

She etched her name in history by becoming the inaugural female President of the Camden Lions Club. Additionally, she holds the position of Vice-President at the Francis Marion University Alumni Association. Notably, she is part of a groundbreaking moment, serving alongside another African-American woman—marking the first time in history that two African-American women simultaneously hold these distinguished roles.
